A new coat of paint and chimney repairs are starting thanks to a grant from the Davis Family Foundation, and, later this summer, we'll see roof restoration thanks to a grant from the Belvedere Historic Preservation Fund -  Maine Community Foundation.

Welcome to 2019!

This year marks 140 years of serving the community.  Please check back as we work to bring you all up to speed on activities coming up.  In the meantime keep us in mind for your event or meeting space needs.  The kitchen closes during the cold months but our new furnace will keep you warm in the Dining Hall or the Auditorium.

More Great News in Grants

The Davis Family Foundation awarded us a grant of $18,200 in late June for
our Exterior Repairs Project. This grant will fund the rebuilding of the Hall’s four chimneys and
repair/painting of the East and West sides of the building. Both projects sorely need to be done and the
ECCC Board is deeply greatful to receive this grant that will help us keep working to preserve Comins
Hall and keep it a safe and active gathering place for the surrounding communities. Thank You Davis
Family Foundation!!! (And, thank you to our grant writing committee.)

Please consider leaving your returnable bottles at our shed next to Comins Hall and support a great cause while saving yourself a trip to the redemption center! For now it is benefiting the window restoration project at the hall.
