Events and Gatherings
The Hall is available at no charge for public events, programs, and projects by any group in Eddington and Clifton (although donations for the upkeep of the Hall are gratefully accepted), and for private functions for a small fee:

Winter Furnace less than 4 hours $50 Full day $100
Examples: Resident rental of Auditorium: $250 + $50 = $300
Resident rental of Kitchen/ Dining Room: $250 + $50 = $300
Resident rental of Auditorium & Kitchen / Dining room: $250 + $250 + $50 = $550
A FEW MORE DETAILS
Occupancy limit for the downstairs dining hall: 90
Occupancy limit for the upstairs auditorium: 285 with no tables and chairs, 142 with tables and chairs.
Hall Dimensions: The dining room is roughly 27 feet by 40 feet. The Auditorium is roughly 50 feet by 40 feet.
Chairs and tables are available to use for no additional charge.
Renter is responsible for the moving of all tables and chairs.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept online payments for rentals at this time.
