Fourth Annual New Play Festival

Post date: Sep 14, 2015 11:35:57 PM

Be at the Hall by 7 p.m. Saturday September 19th to see at least 5 Plays that didn't exist on Friday the 18th at 5 p.m.

How cool is that???!!!!

Ten Bucks Theatre, for the fourth time, is gathering actors, writers, directors and tech lovers of theatre at the Eddington Clifton Civic Center (Comins Hall) to create and present in 24 hours a collection of original short plays both humorous and thought provoking. Forty participants will gather on Friday night at 5 pm to start the process of creating all new works. At 7 p.m. on Saturday they will be ready for your viewing.

That's right - only 24 hours and magic happens.

All scripts are family friendly so bring your kids and your grandparents.

The money raised at this event is dedicated to improving the theatre elements of our 104 year old McGinley stage in the 136 year old Shaw Auditorium.

The best $5 "suggested donation" you will make this year! Do the math - that is 1 thin dollar per play. WOW!!!

The Hall says: "Thank you TBT for making your home at the Eddington Clifton Civic Center since 2009 and for creating this great fundraiser!"

Box office and concessions open at 6 PM. House opens at 6:30 p.m.

And, Join TBT for their dynamic production of "The Diary of Anne Frank " the first two weekends of November. Co directed by Ben Layman and Matthew Bullard.
