Fifth Annual New 24 Hour Play Festival

Post date: Sep 23, 2016 1:8:33 PM

Be at the Hall by 7 p.m. Saturday October 1st to see at least 5 Plays that didn't exist on Friday the 30th at 5 p.m.

How cool is that???!!!!

Ten Bucks Theatre, for the fifth time, is gathering actors, writers, directors and tech lovers of theatre at the Eddington Clifton Civic Center (Comins Hall) to create and present in 24 hours a collection of original short plays both humorous and thought provoking. Participants will gather on Friday night at 5 pm to start the process of creating all new works. At 7 p.m. on Saturday they will be ready for your viewing.

That's right - only 24 hours and magic happens.

All scripts are family friendly so bring your kids and your grandparents.

The money raised at this event is dedicated to improving the theatre elements of our 105 year old McGinley stage in the 137 year old Shaw Auditorium.

The best $5 "suggested donation" you will make this year! Do the math - that is 1 thin dollar per play. WOW!!!

The Hall says: "Thank you TBT for making your home at the Eddington Clifton Civic Center since 2009 and for creating this great fundraiser!"

Box office and concessions open at 6 PM. House opens at 6:30 p.m.
