Hiring - Part-Time Custodian

This position is part time, year round, although mostly during the months of April – November.
$10 per hour – hours vary per week/month.

Duties include:
Cleaning and restocking the bathrooms.
Sweeping, vacuuming, and/or mopping the upstairs and downstairs kitchen, serving room, function rooms, the main hallway, and all stairs.
These duties are to be performed before and after each event held at the Hall, details for which can be found on the Hall website calendar located at www.cominshall.org In particular, the Hall needs to be cleaned before and after all monthly suppers and private rentals such as weddings or parties. The Hall also hosts Ten Bucks Theatre performances one to three times per year and these duties shall be performed before and after each weekend run (shows are generally Friday, Saturday, Sunday – so cleaning needs to happen before the Friday show and then again after the Sunday show).
Additional duties:
Monthly – Submit Invoices to the Treasurer. Please track what days cleaning was done, what cleaning was done, and the hours worked per day.
Monthly – Wiping/dusting the window sills, chairs, and interior doors.
Yearly – Washing of the windows.
As Needed – Notify the Treasurer at least one week (7 calendar days) in advance of when supplies are running low so that they have time to purchase more supplies to replenish the stock.
